Milk is a nutritious food, rich in proteins, minerals, fats, vitamins and enzymes. Full cream milk powder is obtained by removing water from pasteurized  whole milk. WMP/FCMP has full fat content, good solubility, flow properties and rich creamy flavour.

Application Full cream milk powder

FCMP has wide range of applications including reconstituted milk, infant formulas, yoghurt, ice cream mixes, confectionary products, tea and coffee whitener. Is extensively used as an ingredient in bakery products and snack foods. Full cream milk powder has consistent and uniform composition, which is imperative in formulated products. It is an ideal milk source for any situation where regular liquid milk supply or refrigeration is not available.

  • Packaging: 25 kg multi-ply paper bags with heat-sealed polyethylene liner.
  • Shelf life: up to 24 months.
  • Minimum order: one full container load.
